CountR Coins

A CountR Coin is an entitlement to a discount at a participating shop, worth ₹1 off a bill. It is not money and confers no monetary claim on Pride Tech Solutions. Coins:

• cannot be purchased separately from a membership;
• cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn;
• cannot be transferred to another member;
• cannot be used to pay for anything — only to reduce a price;
• do not earn interest;
• expire at the end of their validity period and are not refunded.

Discounts

The discount is set by the shop within limits Countr publishes, is calculated on the bill amount you declare, and is rounded down to a whole rupee. The shopkeeper checks the bill you declared before approving. A discount may be reduced if your coin balance or the shop's remaining monthly budget is lower than the full amount; you are shown the reduced amount before you submit.

Payment

You pay the shop directly. Countr does not collect, hold or route payment for a shop, and is not a party to the sale.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mysuru, Karnataka.
